QF moves ‘Hippo’ to USA

Quality Freight Knock recently assisted in the movement of a Specialised Agricultural Machine to California. The transport of the 115 cubic metre machine was fully coordinated by Quality Freight from manufacturing site in Rathangan, Co. Kildare all the way through to the consignee’s door.

The machine, manufactured by one of Irelands leading Agricultural Machinery manufacturers Cross Agricultural Engineering, is highly specialised and for use in the sugar beet industry. Various models of their beet washing range have been exported to North America, Australia & New Zealand. Models in the range include ‘Gazelle’, ‘Hippo’, ‘Rhino’ & ‘Elephant’ .

The Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing sector has been a leading light in the Irish Economy in recent years, with export significantly increasing. Quality Freight continues to be heavily involved in this sector.

Quality Freight will be Exhibiting at The National Ploughing Championships – Europe’s largest Agricultural Trade Show & Outdoor Exhibition.  The event takes place from the 23rd to the 25th September at Stradbally, County Laois.
